Its been said and done before but sometimes we need to get back to basics.
Sometimes we just need to be reminded and for you, as business owners, to remind your staff, that when serving a customer you should always:
1. Smile
2. Friendly Greeting
3. Engage in Conversation
4. Make eye contact
5. Always agree.
6. Be polite!
Simple things but worth it to get the sale!
